Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing, by fax or by e-mail at least 24 hours before the start of your rental. Please note that canceling phone calls will not be accepted.
Cancellation fees
For fully prepaid bookings made online, the amount due on cancellation / cancellation will be calculated according to the following scheme: 7 days or more before the start date: 15 BGN; 2-6 days before the start date: 50%; 0-1 days before the start date: 100%. The notice period is based on a day that is a 24-hour period, up to the start time, not a calendar day. In case of cancellation, the refund amount will be credited to the card used to make the reservation within 3 working days of receipt of the cancellation notice.
Ways to pay
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa and Mastercard). Privacy Policy: All information gathered on this site is confidential. We respect and respect the confidentiality of our customers very seriously. The information we collect can be used to fill and administer the car rental reservation.
1. Requirements to the renter
The tenant must provide a valid Driving license for driving a vehicle with at least 3 years of experience, identity card or passport. The minimum age of the driver is 25 years. Only drivers approved and authorized in the contract are entitled to drive the rented vehicle. An additional driver is charged when renting the car, with an extra charge. The prices we offer include unlimited mileage, civil liability, car full truck, 24-way assistance, toll-vignette for the territory of Bulgaria.
2. Payment of the rent
All published prices are in Bulgarian levs. The rate is based on a 24-hour rental (calculated 24 hours from the rental). In the event of a delay in returning the car after the lease expires without notice, the customer is charged as follows: up to 1 hour – free of charge, from 1 to 4 hours – half a rental day, over 4 hours – one rental day, over 8 hours – three rental days. Payment is made in cash at the rental (delivery) of the vehicle or by bank transfer. The deposit amounts to BGN 150 for the Republic of Bulgaria, and for abroad – BGN 300. It is paid at the conclusion of the contract and is refunded on the return of the rented car if there are no gaps or damages. Rentals outside the country are possible after prior arrangement and approval for neighboring countries (Greece, Macedonia, Serbia, Romania and the European part of Turkey). A one-off administrative fee is charged in the amount of the days of use of the vehicle abroad.
3. Work time
The working hours of Rent And Go are from 08:00 to 19:00. When renting or returning the rented car outside of working hours, a fee of BGN 20 is charged.
4. Place of employment
Renting the car is done at the office of the company or elsewhere upon prior arrangement. The return of the vehicle takes place at the company’s office or at another pre-arranged location. The Renter has no right to leave the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria without the express written consent of the Lessor, which must be accompanied by the lease.
5. Fuel
The used fuel is paid by the tenant. The cars are transported with a full fuel tank and returned with full fuel. In case the car returns with an incomplete tank, the difference is paid by the tenant in the amount according to the market prices.
6. Equipment
The cars have a vignette sticker – a paid toll for Bulgaria, standard equipment according to the requirements of the Traffic Police – spare tire, jack and tire switch, emergency triangle, fire extinguisher and first aid kit, seasonal tires – summer or winter.
7. Technical issues
In case of a technical problem, it is necessary for the client to contact the company team at a telephone number specified in the rental agreement. In the event of a technical malfunction that can not be remedied in a short time, the company provides a replacement car. In the event of a crash or malfunction, independent of the company, a car is delivered to the customer, against payment of the costs of delivery and rent. In the case of a car accident with the rented vehicle, the tenant is obliged to require the drafting of a protocol by the authorities of the Traffic Police and to submit it to the landlord.
8. Security
As our company’s top priority is the safety of our customers, all of our cars are undergoing full technical review before and after delivery. The company also provides autoassistance and vehicle replacement as soon as possible. Upon prior request, it is possible to deliver a car to a city or resort where Rent And Go does not have an office. An extra charge is charged. If you wish, we can meet you, your relatives, friends or business partners at an airport, bus station, train station or any other desired place. Our associate will be waiting for you at the desired location.
Insurance under an additional agreement
The car is surrendered to the Lessee with compulsory insurance under the Civil Liability Insurance Act, additional insurance “Auto-assistance during travel” and with the consent of the Lessee under the terms of Articles 40, 41, 42, 43, 44 of the Contract, objectified in the supplementary agreement between The Lessor and the Tenant. The Lessee may agree to enter into an additional agreement that forms an integral part of this Contract regarding “Disclaimer of Damage on the Body” at a price specified in the Contract and upon conclusion of the Contract the Lessor declares that he will not seek compensation to the Lessee for any damage to the body (doors, armor, roof, fenders and thresholds) in the event of an accident at the time of the rental and a signed and reported accident report. The Lessee may agree to enter into an additional agreement an integral part of this Agreement regarding “Disclaimer of Vehicle Theft” at a price specified in the Contract and upon conclusion of the Contract the Lessor declares that he will not seek compensation to the Lessee for the theft of the rent Motor vehicles during the rental. The Lessee may agree to enter into an additional agreement an integral part of this Contract relating to “Disclaimer of Damage to Tires and Wheels” at a price specified in the Contract, and upon conclusion of the Contract the Lessor declares that he will not seek compensation to the Lessee for damage to tires and rims of the rented vehicle during the rental. The Lessee may agree to enter into a supplementary agreement as an integral part of this Contract relating to “Combined Insurance” – Waiver of Claims for Body Damage, Waiver of Vehicle Theft “and Cancellation of Tire Damage Claims” of (the doors, bumpers, roofs, fenders and thresholds) in the event of an accident at the time of the rental and a signed and reported accident report, in the event of the conclusion of the landlord, that he will not seek compensation to the Lessee for damage to the body etentsii to Lessee theft to the rented vehicle during the rental and damage to wheels and tires to the rented vehicle during the rental period.
